Shipping Policy

Our product shipping time for in stock items is within 2 business days from time of purchase, though we try our best to get goods out within 24 hours. 

During the holiday season, fulfilment times may take up to 4 business days due to high order volume. This is not common and we do everything in our power to minimize delays during this time. If you have any concerns, please email us at info@monarcbrand.com.

Our warehouse operations run Monday-Friday during normal business hours. We are closed on national holidays.

Once your package has left our facility, there is a chance of carrier delays that are out of our control. We will however work with you to get answers should you need help. Please email info@monarcbrand.com

International Orders

If you are purchasing products outside of the USA there will likely be customs & import taxes that need to be paid in order to clear the shipment, these fees are calculated by your local government and are not included in your order value. 

Import taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Monarc cannot be held responsible for any fees or procedures that may occur during the shipping process.

When shipping to a location outside of the USA please purchase our Route protection package as this will fully insure your goods in the event they do not make it to you. If a package does not arrive and Route protection was not purchased Monarc cannot be held responsible for refunding the cost of goods or shipping cost. Monarc will help contact the courier on your behalf and file a claim, however it is not guaranteed that we can recover the funds or lost package.
