Return Policy
Monarc has 30 day return policy on all items purchased through their website (www.monarcbrand.com).
In order to return the product it must be unused with tags still attached in an original way. Return requests on products that have been used will be offered a refund of between 50-70% of the purchase price determined after inspection. Items that return without the original packaging or tags with be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Every domestic return will incur a shipping fee of up to $25 that will be deducted from the total purchase amount once received. We will create and email a shipping label to you, and the return must be sent back within 10 days of receiving the shipping label. International customers are responsible for the shipping cost of their return. Monarc is not liable for any lost or stolen parcels during the return process.
Product exchanges can be made for store credit or a straight swap for the same product wanting to be exchanged. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred during the exchange process. Please email us at info@monarcbrand.com so we can work with you to arrange shipping.
It can take up to two weeks to process your return once the item(s) have been received.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, we will only refund or exchange the goods.
Products that are not eligible for return are:
- Final sale items
- Projects backed on Kickstarter or Indiegogo

Lifetime Warranty Promise
If any of the products fail to perform, you can send them back to us and we will either repair or replace them with a new item.
Faulty or damaged products purchased outside of the 30-day return window will fall into our lifetime warranty promise. This is on a case-by-case basis, so please email info@monarcbrand.com with a full description of the issue accompanied by images.
Exclusions for lifetime guarantee: The guarantee does not cover products that have been neglected, damaged by willful or accidental destruction, or used for unintended purposes. We will however always take back the bags and recycle them in any condition (within reason).
